Referral Form
In order to be eligible for the initial reward, the referral cannot have an active service contract with Lighthouse IT
An in-person assessment and presentation must occur within 3 months of the referral.
In order to be eligible for the follow-up gift, a service contract with the referral must be executed within 180 days of the submission. Only the first referrer in the most recent 6 month period to submit the referral can earn the reward. The referral may not already be on a service plan with Lighthouse IT.
In the event that we receive several submissions for the same company, or Lighthouse IT believes it cannot reasonably serve the submission, Lighthouse IT may disqualify the referral.
This reward program is not open to lead generation or business development services. Lighthouse IT can cancel or amend these Terms with no notice, and at any time.
